I went there (now a bad area) and there was one gentleman (who was very nice) but it is no longer being staffed and it seems like Bill is just waiting for the business to die."

"If you like not getting responses or being able to get in touch with someone for several days, this is your Guy! State Farm used to be the giant in the industry but has decided to stay an old dinosaur in an industry that has modernized everything. Multiple cars are still setup on separate policies with separate renewal dates, etc. Cannot get a quote during non office hours or immediately such as when you are trying to buy a car. We ended up switching to a company that I was able to start a policy up from my phone and switch 2 cars and add a third and a teen driver. Finally got a call back from Bills office 5 days later. If you love State Farm. Pick someone else for your agent. if you want quotes and changes made at the click of a button, State Farm in general is not for you. Good luck."

"After all the years (at least 20+ years) I have been with State Farm and agent Bill Cordy, I have never had a complaint until now. For the last 3 years or more they have gone down hill since they lost their key staff. The main person in the office that knows what she is doing is hard to reach. You can't reach anyone on the phone hardly ever. I was in the middle of a business transaction most recently and needed immediate verification of my policy. I had called the office several times during the course of 4 hours and left messages to no avail. I left a message on Bill Cordy's personal cell phone and it took him 28 hours to call me back. By that time, I had resolved what I needed by finding a new State Farm Agent! I told Bill what happended and told him that I have now switched offices due to not being able to reach anyone everytime I have called in the last 3 years or so. He hangs up on me!!! No apologies or nothing!!! I have heard people say he was rude and unprofessional, but I had never experienced that until now. Totally unacceptable. Shame on you Bill."

"My windshield was hit by a rock late on Thursday night Aug 23 ,causing the drivers side to be covered in cracks . Friday morning I call your office leaving you a message and asking you to start the paperwork to get it replaced .fri- Sat -sun-finally on Monday I call again .....NOTHING ! I leave a message ! .... NOTHING !! Monday afternoon I call emergency roadside assistance ( which I’m not suppose to do ) and I get it fixed Your office called me back on Wednesday . WEDNESDAY . The man could barely speak English and then rudely hung up on my husband as he said it was fixed but I queried about the delay on your end !! RUDE !! And unprofessional ! Don’t leave me 6 days without a drive able car !!!! I’d give you no stars since that’s the amount of help I got from you !"
